eXray^® CRM suite is constantly upgraded and tuned according to a pre-defined product roadmap that EXIS releases on an annual basis. Since its first official release (v1.0 – Q1 2004), eXray^® and all its sub-systems have been evolved into state-of-the-art products whose design and architecture has been driven on the one hand by real-life experience of EXIS working with demanding customers, and on the other by the BSS/OSS international trends in the CRM area.

The current version of eXray^® is v.2010b, released in Q4-2011, including highly configurable sub-modules, state-of-the-art .net components, and some very useful new functionalities. The v.2010b is the latest update of the 2010 version initially launched in Q4 - 2010 replacing v.4.60. Every new release of eXray^® provides extensive enhancements and new modules, as the product constantly improves in many aspects embodying new technologies.
